My Approach to Product Marketing
Every successful launch, campaign, and product initiative I've worked on follows the same three-step process: understand customers, uncover what matters, and turn those insights into decisions the business can act on.
I Start with the Customer
Before I recommend positioning, write messaging, or plan a launch, I spend time understanding customers — their goals, frustrations, buying process, and the language they use to describe their needs. These insights help me make better marketing decisions.
I Turn Insight into Action
Research doesn't create value on its own. I turn customer insights into positioning, messaging, launch narratives, sales enablement, and product recommendations that I and other teams can confidently act on.
I Get Into the Weeds and Execute
Strategy is just the starting point. I work across product, sales, and marketing to turn positioning into launches, enablement, and customer education that support business goals.
